RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

• Booking Confirmation: 50% down payment of the total stay;
• Check In: from 15h00m;
• Check out: until 12h00m;
• Late check out: subject to authorization. It implies payment of 50% of the daily rate.

CANCELLATIONS:

• Up to 5 days from the date of booking: down payment for future use within 6 months;
• Less than 5 days before booking date: “No show”, no refund.
